Our Founder
Amber Rose Powers — Founder
Amber Rose Powers is a luxury travel and hospitality leader with over two decades of experience building the kinds of places and experiences people never forget. She is highly relationship-driven, with an instinct for what makes people feel genuinely cared for, connected, and at home.
Her career began in fashion, with a degree in Apparel Design and experience spanning design, PR, sales, and brand relationships, before she moved into real estate development and boutique hospitality operations.
As Director of Lifestyle at Detroit Foundation Hotel — where she developed experiential programming and managed VIP relationships alongside a Michelin-starred chef — and later as Chief Relationship Officer for Aparium Hotel Group, she built culture-driven, community-rooted hospitality across a portfolio of fourteen boutique hotels nationwide.
In 2022, Amber brought that same instinct into travel advising, developing a deep network of industry relationships and firsthand knowledge of the hotels, destinations, and partners that create exceptional guest experiences. In 2026, she founded ARP Experiences at the intersection of travel, hospitality, and experience design.
She is drawn to environments where those elements converge — building experiences worth belonging to.
